Young People and Identity

Find out what happened when we put a group of young people together to debate identity, equality and access

We took six people from the Young People's Participatory Theatre project and asked them to join the debate on identity and ethnicity. How do they view their position in and from the Sector? What are the challenges they face? What do they hope for? And why, from 52 Artistic Directors in this country is only one of them Black?

Sounds like a very interesting debate, shame about the aspect ratio of the video though, how strange?
