The Warehouse is HighTide's research and development wing, developing artists and artistry through supported processes and programmes.

Genesis Laboratory

HighTide's open-access Research and Development Studio based in London, providing bursaries, space, mentorship and collaboration to emerging theatre artists, supported by the Genesis Foundation.  The Genesis Laboratory prides itself on being a bespoke programme.  It has no remit, no agenda and is led by the applications; it thrives on projects that practitioners are excited by. It tries to respond directly and sensitively to the projects that it wishes to support. HighTide Assistant Director Residency

An annual bursary for three emerging directors, offering assisting roles in a HighTide festival production, the transfer and the opportunity to direct in the Genesis Laboratory.
